HyNote is an AI note taker that treats a meeting as one input among eight. The same account handles live audio, uploaded recordings, video, PDFs, image OCR, YouTube links, web pages and phone calls, and turns any of them into a transcript, a summary and an action list using more than thirty templates. It records Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and Webex from the device rather than sending a bot into the call, so nothing appears in the participant list.
Pricing is the strongest part of the case. The Unlimited plan is $189.99 a year, which is below what Otter charges for a single seat of its mid tier, and the free plan includes real recording and transcription rather than a countdown to a paywall. Two things are worth knowing before you buy.
