Coconote is a study tool that happens to be an excellent note taker. Record a lecture or upload a document and it returns notes, flashcards, quizzes, practice exams, podcasts and study games. It is owned by Quizlet, which is useful context for anyone deciding whether the app will still exist next semester, and it carries 16,544 iOS ratings at a 4.8 average, the largest sample in this comparison.
Pricing is the problem. There is no pricing page: coconote.app/pricing returns 404 and the numbers only appear inside the app. Apple’s listing shows ten separate Coconote Pro purchases ranging from $9.99 to $152.99 with nothing explaining what separates them. For a student comparing options on a budget, that is a real cost of its own.
It is also built for coursework, so the meeting furniture other tools ship, speaker labels, calendar sync and CRM hooks, is not the point here.
