What it still does not publish is documentation, an API, or a verifiable count of deals and buyers, and the free plan costs a larger cut of the fee on deals it sells for you. Buy Box Cartel is a wholesaling platform connecting wholesalers who control off-market property contracts with cash buyers looking for them. An investor sets a buy box, market, price range, bed count and strategy, and the platform sends only the listings that fit; a wholesaler posts a discounted property and it is matched against those buy boxes. Buyers message the contract holder directly. Joining the buyer’s list is free with no credit card and no subscription needed to browse.
